On Wednesday the 26th of November, PhD student Henrik Persson nailed his dissertation to the wooden plank. This is a tradition where the actual paper copy of a ready-to-defend dissertation is nailed to a plank for all to see, and celebrated with some cake afterwards. His dissertation is titled ”Estimation of Forest Parameters Using 3D Satellite Data: Stereogrammetry, radargrammetry and interferometry”. He will defend his dissertation publicly on the 12th of December, starting at 10.00 in Björken at SLU. Well done Henrik!
